A look at Stuart Appleby's Golf Swing
Steve Bann
Printer-Friendly Format

In this video I am discussing a few basic points of reference that I use when assessing a student's technique. I use the same references whether I am working with Stuart Appleby on the USPGA Tour or an 18-handicap club golfer.

The excellent technique Apples displays here is the product of many Improvement Cycles and a long term commitment to our training program.

This swing is performed by a trained professional- but I would certainly encourage you to try this at home!
